We are very happy with our solar installation by E-2 Solutions. We have a non-standard roof consisting of a torched-on membrane over 3.5 inches of insulation. Attaching the solar panels to the roof and ensuring a watertight membrane seal was not a standard installation process. We explained the details of our roof and received bids from 5 solar companies. E-2 Solutions was the only company to have a qualified installer visit and assess the roof before we committed to the project. Spencer and his team then worked cooperatively with us to find an installation and solar solution that worked for our roof. The cost was competitive and very good value for the quality of equipment installed. Spencer, Maria, and the installation crew were well organized and great to deal with throughout the design, regulatory and installation process. Any questions were listened to, considered, and thoroughly answered before the work proceeded. The solar installation occurred on a very hot day and there were some minor scrapes to the membrane roof granules. Spencer quickly let us know about the limited scrapes, showed us detailed pictures, and then had the roof repaired within two days at no additional cost to us using the original contractor that had installed our roof. Spencer & Maria were fantastic to deal with in all planning stages and were strong advocates in dealing with issues with Fortis. The installation was clean and the worksite left tidy. I have came across E2 when looking for a solar panel installation. We got in touch and they were really helpful since the very beginning. Maria and Spencer are GREAT. They helped a lot in the entire process and are really patient. I had so many questions and they answered all of them and went above and beyond during the process. Fortis gave us all a hard time but Maria was always on top of the game and helped all the time and we were finally able to get all approvals to get the Solar Panels installed. Spencer came with the crew right on time and they made everything smooth. The team was nice and very polite, they had everything installed in two days. The monitoring system was perfectly configured and Spencer was on top of this, checking if everything was working properly even after a week of the installation. He noticed one of the panels stopped working and came to fix it right on the next day. If I would recommend them? 100% I would. I started looking for a Solar PV system in September and found E-2 through Glean Solar. We received 3 quotes from different companies, but E-2 was the most competitive and impressive.
