I had 3 Dyno runs carried out on my 2013 F30 318d carried out by Zach.I’m in the process of upgrading various engine components in my F30 in order to prolong longevity and reliability. I had a Stage 1 map installed in my driveway a few years ago by another company, but a Dyno test was not available. Having recently upgraded the intercooler, charge pipe and had a K&N air filter fitted, I was curious to see if the map was still holding the proclaimed figures.Indeed it was, plus a bit more!I was very happy with the service provided by HT Customz, who were very polite, friendly and knowledgeable regarding the Dyno testing process. They were also able to fit a front splitter onto my F30 which looks fantastic, and they securely fastened it with bolts and screws that were not included in my original purchase. Thank you Zach and the Team for your service today. I would definitely recommend this company if you are thinking about tuning or have fitments put onto your vehicle.

I’ve got a Ford range on wall track 3.2 L and the boys have done a good job on it. I’ve literally just went to Cornwall and back on one tank of fuel they give me 486 miles with the Rema without it it was 368 worth doing as the full price is in this country are ridiculous thanks a lot, fellas

Honestly cannot recommend these guys enough! ❤️ They’ve been absolutely amazing from start to finish. They’ve taken the time to help me figure out what’s going on with my car and haven’t charged me a penny for their time or help. They’ve even offered to remove the work done by another company for FREE to help put things right, which honestly says so much about them.Their communication has been brilliant too, making sure I understand everything properly and explaining things to me without making me feel stupid. I know I’ve probably bombarded them with messages and questions over a situation that wasn’t even their fault in the first place, yet they’ve been nothing but patient, helpful and understanding, despite not charging me a penny!It’s so refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about people and goes above and beyond when they really don’t have to. Excellent service, friendly, very professional and keen to assist staff members. Got my car’s engine and gearbox tuned and I have never had any of my previous cars tuned so it was my first time.Zach who took on the job on my car was very patient and happy to answer any questions i had regarding the tune prior to the tune being put on and once the tune had been put on the car behaved and drove exactly as he had told me it would.Honestly, there was nothing negative about the whole experience and service which I could fault them on.Very, very pleased however I just don’t understand why the car never came tuned like this from factory to be honest, it would have been perfect!P.S: Their waiting room/waiting lounge had one of the comfiest reclining sofas lol
