UPDATE: They returned on Monday to grind the stump and push back in the debris. Modified from 4 star to 5 star. Thank you Ramos team!___ORIGINAL REVIEW:Overall service was good, just not exceptional. I had 2 trees taken out, at a reasonable rate, and they arrived promptly and got to work. In fact, my fiancé actually had to remind them to take a break for lunch!The only thing keeping this review from 5 stars is a neglected promise on their part. They said they would be back out the following day to grind the stump down, and never showed. We even tried contacting them and received no answer.If they show up, I will edit my review to reflect it. Otherwise, the rest of their work was impeccable. Cleanup was tidy and left a minimal footprint from where they worked.
