A/c was fried and of course I figured it was the pulleys or my auxiliary belt/ pulley since I have a separate A/c for passenger rear, but it wasn’t even close. Good thing I didn’t start throwing money at it because Mikel, the mechanic fixed an electrical issue. A/c is back up and running cold! I appreciate a good clean loner, thanks for Chewbacca while I waited on a Friday.

Huge thank you to all the crew at Prestige Auto. It’s the first time I’ve owned a BMW and wanted a shop specializing in foreign cars. It was the first time I visited the shop so they did a thorough inspection along with my oil change. Michelle is stellar. She is the manager and ended up being my advisor and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I went from a Toyota to an Audi a week ago, and brought in my 2014 Audi A6 3.0T for an oil change and brake fluid service, and Michelle helped coordinate everything smoothly. She was knowledgeable, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process.What I especially appreciated was her ability to accommodate an additional battery replacement during the same visit, and STILL have my car finished before I was wanting it done so I could get to work.The entire experience was straight forward and my car was returned with all services completed as asked. Michelle’s attention to customer care and willingness to go the extra mile made an impression. I would happily return for future service and recommend Michelle and her team to others.

Prestige ran a check on my starter after I received a fault warning. Because I was about to take a long trip, the staff kindly squeezed me into their schedule and ran the check at no charge. They were very professional and explained the status of my starter very clearly.
