Brian, Owner, and his team were fantastic. My basement flooded from a pipe bursting resulting in mold and water damage. The finished section of my basement had to be gutted, ceiling and all.Brian came out the same day I called, and he made the entire process smooth. Brian was recommended to us by our salesman (Ted) at Carpet Factory Outlet. Our basement was totally flooded and it was a MESS! Brian came out early the next morning assessed what needed to be done, and was out the next day to remove the carpet, sanitize the floor and left fans and a humidifier for the next 2 days to dry out the area. The job was done perfectly and at a MUCH more reasonable price than we had gotten from other companies. The 2 other companies we got estimates from were way over priced. I got home and my basement was flooded. I put in an inquiry on thumbtack for a restoration company. Brian called me the same day and I filled him in. He was able to pop over the next day to check out the situation and helped me get hooked up with a reliable plumber. They helped me discover that previous plumber was trying to pull one over on me. This review is long overdue. In September of 2022, we woke up to 4" of water in our basement due to the torrential rainfall we received. We immediately called our insurance company who instructed us to call a restoration company. We called all the big name companies and all we got was voicemail. Then I called a friend who referred me to Brian at Silver Linings Restoration. Brian answered my call, and was at our home a few hours later to assess the damage. The next day he had his crew remove all the damaged materials (carpet, drywall, flooring, wainscoting, and furniture). He also had the commercial dryers in place. Within the next few days he had the flooring and construction guys out to measure and see what materials were needed. During this time, Brian was communicating with the insurance company so everything went smoothly. From the date of the flood to completion of repairs was 4-5 weeks. The workmanship was outstanding and the communication with Brian was great.I would definitely recommend Silver Lining Restoration to anyone. A quality company and a quality man!
