I had almost forgotten about Boppas and what a mistake!!! I got a meat egg and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel. I chose Canadian bacon with Swiss cheese. I’m from a lousy city called Los Angeles where the bagels are cold, smushed and they are never fresh even if it’s cooked in front of my eyes.My band is on tour and I’ve been traveling the whole US and Canada. We stopped at many places to eat in the morning but today changed my life. I came into this place and was greeted with nothing but smiles, kindness and upon coming to what I thought would be just a random bagel…. I ended up picking the most plump, freshest, and most tastiest bagel that I’ve ever had in my life. Paired with the homemade apple juice it was a match made in heaven. Then I also got a bacon/egg sandwich that had the crispiest bacon I’ve had ever stuffed into another amazing EVERYThing bagel. Easily the best Bagel I’ve had and it’s only a shame that’s it’s basically a 25 hour drive from LA to get here again.
