Havíamos selecionado o passeio das termas, com piquenique e tudo mais, mas por forças maiores (mamãe natureza e nevasca) fomos impossibilitados de fazer esse, porém a agência prontamente nos atendeu e deu a opção de fazermos um novo passeio ou devolução do dinheiro, o que comparado com outras agências, foi super rápido (reservamos em outras duas passeios que não ocorreram e foi um pesadelo pra modificarmos)Enfim, optamos pelo passeio de snowmobile e foi INCRÍVEL! Divertido, equipe super animada e pronta para nos ajudar, o motorista super paciente conosco, acho que essa é uma daquelas experiências que valem muito a pena fazer ao menos uma vez na vida! E que bela experiência, não fizemos o programado, mas creio que tenha sido melhor ainda! Obrigado à equipe! Vocês nos proporcionaram memórias inesquecíveis!

There's just enough time at the chocolate house, hot springs and waterfall. The hot springs are a fun time, with a beautiful view. The BBQ is delicious and they are generous with the drinks. If you get a night with little moon, you'll see lots of stars from their deck. Would definitely recommend.

Meu passeio com a Andes Experience foi terceirizado pela Smart Tour, estávamos esperando pelo passeio de quadriciclo e alguns dias antes a empresa cancelou e nos deu em troca o passeio Termas de Colina, e valeu cada segundo. Nosso guia Jaime foi extremamente atencioso, até deixou a gente mudar a playlist durante o trajeto do passeio, profissional experiente, se comunica super bem em Português e Inglês, já que havia poloneses no mesmo carro que eu e minha amiga. Ele nos levou a lugares espetaculares, nos ajudou com fotos, e termas de colina é exuberante, foi meu primeiro passeio na cordilheira logo no meu primeiro dia em Santiago, fiquei encantada. E o que dizer do churrasco chileno, excepcional, sem palavras! Recomendo a empresa de olhos fechados.

Our Andes experience was surreal! The mountains, the scenery...all of it. The thermal waters was so unique because you feel like a microcosm amongst such grandeur and beauty. The waters were warm, the sky spectacular, the condor riveting!After the thermal pools we went onto the German refuge...a very special place.We walked up a small hill onto a large wood deck. There we found comfortable seating, a fire pit, and charcuterie boards.A table with a wonderful variety of wines and pisco sour. There was also a grilling area in which they were preparing grilled mushrooms with roquefort cheese, sausages, empanadas, choripan, deliciously grilled beef AND THE MOST ATTENTIVE STAFF!!! Which most of them were also our guides/ drivers!!!They walked around MAKING SURE we had our glasses replenished, and that we were eating as much as we wanted.At one point the lights were turned off and everyone went OHHHHHHH!!!The moon peaking in and out, the southern cross, the clouds...breathtaking!Our guide, Jorge, is a seasoned, experienced and extremely knowledgeable guide. This is is so important, BUT, Jorge makes you feel like family. His conversation is fun and easy as he impart a wealth of information.We give this tour a 10!!! It was an experience of a lifetime...this comes from a couple that has traveled the world. I have 91 cou tries under my belt and my hubby has 82!Thank you Jorge!!!!!

What a fantastic decision we made to sign up for the Andes Experience! We knew we were in good hands with positive communication prior to the trip commencing. We found this very reassuring. Transportation was good and Jaime our primo guide was an expert driver, handling all situations with finesse. We felt relaxed and safe with him in charge. All the activities were thoughtful and maximized the natural beauty of surroundings. All of the food and beverages were good quality and with very generous portions. We just loved Jaime and feel very fortunate to have had him as our guide. His love of the area is obvious and his knowledge was also top notch. Jaime's quick wit and sense of fun was awesome to be around. There were so many highlights and we are still buzzing the next day ✨️

Francisco was The most kind, amazing, funny tour guide ever! We had the most wonderful experience on this tour, and it was our favorite part of Chile! Amazing Tour with Guide FranciscoOne day before the tour, the company invited all participants to join a WhatsApp group and shared a packing list. The day before pickup, Francisco shared the exact locations and estimated pickup times for each hotel.After picking everyone up, we headed to the mountain, stopping first at a gas station for snacks. Then we visited a beautifully designed chocolate house to get coffee or ice cream and use the restroom. Next, we stopped at a waterfall to take pictures.Our main destination was the hot springs, which had bathrooms, changing rooms, and several pools—cooler at the lower level and warmer at the higher pools. Francisco didn’t soak in the pools with us but was very helpful, taking photos for everyone at this stunning natural spot. After the hot springs, we visited a viewpoint to watch the sunset over the mountains and rocks, capturing more photos.The final stop was a barbecue. The location is charming, nestled in the mountains with a lodge. A short five-minute walk uphill brought us to a wood platform with an outdoor barbecue setup. The chef served fruits, a variety of alcohols including red and white wine, beer, and Pisco Sour, followed by mushroom, pork, sausage, and beef. After dinner, the lights were turned off, and Francisco used a green laser to point out stars. Before leaving, we made a final stop at the lodge restroom and museum, and Francisco safely dropped us back at our hotels.

Fizemos o passeio de Moto Neve! Tudo certo com o passeio, as motos eram novas, o instrutor foi bem claro, atencioso e nos deixou bem a vontade. A trilha foi bem fácil, apenas com alguns pontos precisou fazer um pouco de esforço por parte do motorista, mas bem tranquilo. Único ponto foi a extensão do passeio, não tem necessidade sair tão cedo, fazer parada para café, almoço, demora de mais. O local que param para alugar as roupas, é precário, roupas sujas, bem desgastadas e com pouquíssimas opções. O passeio em si, demora duas horas, no período da tarde e é bem legal! Nosso motorista foi muito querido, educado e divertido.

Fizemos os dois passeios, de motoneve numa terça e para as termas Valle de Colina numa quinta. Ambos ótimos do início ao fim. Nos buscaram e nos deixaram, motorista um querido, guias atenciosos, a melhor experiência que já tivemos!Meu preferido foi o termas, sem palavras para descrever estar praticamente isolados no meio da neve tomando banho nas águas de um vulcão e sem passar frio, água bem quentinha. O banheiro lá no termas é beeem simples e não tem água corrente (está congelada no inverno), levar toalhas e chinelos. Depois do banho ainda tem um almoço delicioso, muito bem servido no meio da cordilheira dos andes, com degustação de vinhos, execpcional!!Recomendo muito o passeio, apesar de ser um custo elevado, valeu muito a pena, faria tudo novamente!!Parabéns a toda equipe!!
