I had a disappointing experience at this vein center. I was very clear when scheduling that I was  interested in vein stripping,  However, once I arrived, I felt like there was a bait-and-switch approach.They strongly pushed the foam procedure, which I’ve already tried and know is not a good fit for me—it’s too time-consuming and not the outcome I want. It was frustrating to have my preferences dismissed when I was upfront from the beginning.Additionally, I waited about 1.5 hours before even seeing the doctor, which is unacceptable given the circumstances.The staff was polite, but ultimately, patients should have control over their treatment decisions without feeling pressured into something they’ve already declined. I also had to ask to have my copay refunded, which added to the overall frustration. Again the doctor and assistant were very nice but the office staff should have listened to me and notwasted everyone's day.
