Our tank was from the 1950's and was filled with sand in 2002. When they dug it up you could smell the oil in the air. A leaking tank is a miserable situation but the crew from Tank Solutions did a good job taking care of it. The dirt they applied in December had settled over the winter so I contacted them yesterday and the crew came out today and spread a new layer of top soil over the spot. What service!
