The Parkway dry cleaning team is absolutely the best! They are quite knowledgeable and take ownership of their work. They walked through each garment with me, asking specific questions and making helpful suggestions. The seamstresses were friendly and cheerful when I approached for some mending. I received a follow-up call about a top that had no label and we discussed how to proceed. All my results were excellent. My order included two wedding dresses, two designer dresses, and two gowns, as well as three chair cushions. Where a small stain on the chair cushion remained, there was a note explaining that they tried unsuccessfully, clarifying that the stain was not simply overlooked. Home delivery was timely and the driver pleasantly brought everything in and hung it in the closet for me. I thank everyone in the store and highly recommend it.
