In my experience, Local Handyman Regina was a pleasure to work with. My first call with Lesley was professional, understanding, and informative. This laid the foundation for what was a smooth and efficient renovation.Osrick was our contractor, and we had him working on our renovations for a week and a half. In the first week, from Wednesday to Friday, he removed our old toilet, checked our subfloor, prepped some drywall for repair, laid down new vinyl flooring, painted, reinstalled our baseboards, and put in our new toilet.The following week, from Monday to Wednesday, we had Osrick back to fix a corner section of drywall, ensure our vapour barrier was intact and repaired, paint two walls, and install new baseboards.This entire experience was less like dealing with a contracting agency and contractor in your home, and more like dealing with your friends who understand you and are willing to go the extra mile.Our first renovation came in a bit above our initial quote, but our second renovation came in a bit under quote. That said, the billing process broke down the scope of work, and we felt confident in the honesty and sincerity of both Lesley and Osrick.
