Natural Polishing Concrete was contacted by our builder after three failed attempts by another company to make our courtyard look like it had natural stone. Johnny and Issac listened to what we wanted, explained what they could do, and made a sample. The difference was huge. Because we were so nervous from all the prior missteps (and being told we had unrealistic expectations), one of us sat and watched the entire process. Johnny is the one with high expectations, starting with 100 grit and ending with 1500 grit and he was facetious with removing all dust before a hardener and seal were applied. Our courtyard was a big investment for us and now it actually looks like it was.

Johnny and his crew are excellent! They came each day and worked hard on our 1400 sq ft space and took an ugly floor and made it beautiful. They patched up some low areas and the whole thing came out great. We had an issue with our electricity that they had to deal with constantly, but they did it without any complaint! Highly recommended!!

Toni did an amazing job. Super happy with him finding a solution to doing exactly what we wanted. He did a beautiful job of coating our concrete barbecue with an epoxy type finish which left a glassy and easy to clean finish. Great work. I would use him again for any of my concrete polishing needs. Highly recommend recommended.

It's been about two months since Johnny's team polished our bare residential floors, and having lived with it for a bit now, they look great! We did it in 2 phases, and another company based in the OC completed the front half of the house. We did not ask them back due to poor workmanship and overbilling us by 20%. I'm so glad I called Johnny and his team to finish our back half. They arrived promptly everyday, and at the end, cleaned up any trash left behind. They even helped us fix the hallway and bathroom that the old company crudely polished. After the quoted 2 days, Johnny himself came to inspect the work (the other company never came to check on quality). We pointed out some problem areas and places that were missed, and Johnny, without hesitation, scheduled his crew to come back and fix it. His willingness to make us happy customers and his honest pricing is the reason we would recommend NPC. FYI do not put painters tape on your polished floors as there will be a residue you cannot fix. We found that out when we reinstalled the baseboards. If we ever decide to repolish the front half and fix the painters tape mistake, I'll be calling NPC. Shout out to his team member Eric. Eric was particularly great, and helpful, and we hope he'll be there if we fix the front half.

AMAZING RESULT! Johnny did a great job grinding and polishing my cement slab to give me beautiful concrete floors in my house. I live in Lake Havasu and I thought no way will he drive all this way. I asked anyway and he said no problem. Responds very promptly to questions leading up to and SHOWS UP ON TIME. Johnny did my entire house in 4 days and I can't express enough how beautiful the transformation is. I LOVE IT! My slab is healthier for it too with all the repairs he did. He also grinded my porch slab which was in bad shape and made it a beautiful piece of art work with stunning colors of aggregate on display. I couldn't be happier with the results or with the professionalism with Johnny...and the Beast!
