Definitely a great pizza place, but not if you're looking for actually hot (spicy) wings. Tonight i ordered 25 of their atomic wings (extra sauce) with a large pizza w/meatball. Pizza was good, wings were good, but for the 3rd time in a row ordering atomic wings, they weren't hot at all. I even had a $30 credit from the last time I ordered after telling them they must have given me someone else's order of medium/mild wings. Not calling this time to get yet another credit. Just simply not ordering wings from them anymore. Other than that, the food isn't bad.

We come here to eat The Big 24 inch pizza for dinner multiple times a month, and believe me when I say you will be taken care of here! Sometimes things go wrong in a small business, especially if you're training new staff, but the owner and the staff value service, transparency, integrity, and accountability above all else. Add that to the very best pizza in all of New York State, and you have the crown jewel of Oneida County. We always dine in, and sure we had to wait just a little but longer today, but thanks to these wonderful people, we were quite satisfied with our dinner this week, and are very grateful for the excellent service.

I’ve been going to Big Jay’s since the day he opened. Food is always very good but I have to share today’s experience. I stopped on my way home for a slice of pizza. I’ve been telling my wife I’m stopping often and I’m never hungry at the time I pass through Marcy. Today I made a point to stop. It was 1:30 so I wasn’t counting on more than two or three slice pies and that would’ve been fine since it was in between lunch and dinner service. The case was packed! I went with an upside down and a cheese but there had to be six to eight options. My slices were hot and the crust on both were perfectly crunchy! Best slices around! Two slices and a ginger ale for ten bucks. Can’t beat that! Next time I’ll call ahead for their atomic wings. Also the best around

Amazing food. Would recommend the pizza and wings 100%.The pizza rolls are delicious and unique but are a little pricey for spring rolls filled with pizza toppings.Will have to look into the roll with the Dorito topper next time I order.

This review is overdue, I have gotten many things from Big Jays since they have opened, have even ordered for smaller parties. Their pizza and wings are by far some of the best in the area. The one and only time I had an issue with an order, the employees (multiple) went way above and beyond to ensure it was corrected - and it wasn’t even a big error on their part at all. Will return as a happy customer!

Today I decided I wanted a chicken cesar wrap and ordered one from Big Jay's I noticed that they have fried cheese curd and decided to try that too. The wrap was huge! I had trouble finishing 1/2! Flavor was on point too! But the cheese curd with sweet chili dipping sauce stole the show! After eating 1/2 a wrap I couldn't eat too many but they were fantastic! And that dipping sauce was perfect! I have never been unhappy with anything I have had a Big Jays, I think today has to be one of my favorites!

I'm from Queens, NYC and this pizza is as good as my neighborhood pie spot! It's literally the best pizza I've ever had outside of NYC and better than some places in NYC!The lady who helped me place my order was friendly and helpful. I ended up with a small pie which was DELICIOUS!! I couldn't decide between the pizza or a stromboli. I'll go back tomorrow for lunch and get the stromboli.The owner appears to be a big football fan. Numerous jerzees hand on the walls in the restaurant.Outside there is plenty of parking.

The girl at the front counter is lovely, so sweet and such a kind smile. Great service. First time ordering even though I live and work next to it, but I will be back. My only issue was there was cheese on my salad even though I tried to take it off but only the blue cheese was removed. I’m lactose intolerant so this kinda sucked but I threw out the top layer and it was great! The girl at the front counter again was so lovely that even though either I messed up/they messed up I will be back. Lovely girl! Even asked if I needed a fork, got me a bag, etc.
