I had an amazing experience at Setterberg Jewelers. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect ring. They were incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, walking me through all the options and making sure I felt confident every step of the way. With their help, I found a stunning ring for the love of my life—something that truly captured everything I wanted it to represent. Their attention to detail and warm customer service made the whole process not just easy, but genuinely enjoyable.I can’t recommend this place enough to anyone looking for the perfect ring or any special piece of jewelry. You’ll be in great hands!

What a fantastic find this gem of a jewelry store is! This place has a welcoming family feel the minute you step in the door. I finally found a place I feel comfortable leaving my precious heirlooms. I recently took in a pendant that my mother left to me as it was not getting worn and mostly in a drawer all the time. They suggested they rework the diamonds into an eternity band and I could not be happier with it!! Now I can wear it every day and remember my mom.I also love the variety of jewelry here with various price ranges and styles including some previously loved pieces. If you’ve been waiting to have repairs done on your jewelry or looking for the perfect gift, you really should check out this family owned store. You will receive the most amazing service!

I brought in my great-grandmother’s ring to be resized so I can use it as my wedding band. The ladies helping me (especially Zoie) were very helpful and friendly. I also requested an appraisal, and my ring was resized, polished, and appraised within a few days! It turned out beautiful, and I’ll be coming back to Setterberg for all future jewelry repairs! 💕
