I don’t often remember to write reviews, but when a place has such a profound impact on my family’s life, it deserves far more than just a Google review.What started as enrolling my daughter to build her resilience and confidence has completely exceeded all expectations. It’s become her absolute passion, something she throws herself into and truly loves. Not only has she grown in confidence and resilience, but she’s also learned the value of hard work, that losses are opportunities to learn, and not to let setbacks define her. None of this would have been possible without the incredible coaches she trusts and now looks up to as role models.I decided to give it a go myself and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The ladies’ classes are fantastic: safe, supportive, and welcoming. The adult classes are just as great. I always feel respected, comfortable, and I genuinely have so much fun every session.The coaches are top notch, and the community is something really special.Thank you Ben!

My son joined Carlson Gracie at the start of the year. He LOVES it!! We have found everyone to be super welcoming, the coaches are so helpful and caring to all the kids. So thankful we have found somewhere he feels safe, supported and encouraged to reach his goals while learning something new.

I've been training at CG Redlands for a few months now and it has been unreal. You wont find a better group of guys/gals to train with. Ben has built a great sense of community and everyone is super welcoming, Should be super proud of what he has built! New Professor JC is the man, Very knowledgable and approachable and it's great to have Thiago, Fabio, Ben, Tyson & Gareth running classes as well. If you're looking for a review to push you over the edge, this is your sign, book the trial class!

My son has been doing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu here for over six months now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Ben has made him feel comfortable, supported and genuinely welcomed.Ben has a fantastic way of guiding the kids , he’s patient, encouraging and knows how to build their confidence while still teaching discipline and respect. I’ve seen such a positive change in my son, not just in his skills, but in his self-belief as well. It feels like a little community where everyone supports each other. The environment is safe, structured and uplifting, which makes such a difference for kids.I’m so thankful we found this place and would highly recommend it to any parent considering Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for their child. Carlson Gracie Redlands is incredible.My daughter and I joined at the beginning of the year and we both absolutely love it.Coach Ben is honestly 10/10 — so knowledgeable, patient, and great at what he does.
