We found Ruben through a mutual friend and we can’t speak highly enough of him and his work. He worked within our budgets to make custom engagement ring and wedding bands. Prices were more than reasonable and the quality is top-notch. He also turned around our designs into final pieces faster than we could’ve imagined. Ruben and he was so easy to work with helping us come up with our designs, talk through pros/cons of different styles, and was never pushy or judgy with what we wanted. We're so happy with our rings! Ben made the wedding jewelry process so enjoyable, and was such a pleasure to work with. He helped my fiancé reset a family diamond for the engagement ring, and incorporated my directive for a bezel setting (I’m not very delicate with my jewelry and wanted something more robust, so that’s the only request I had for my fiancé). Ben’s design had side windows that let the light in so the diamond could sparkle. I love the clean design! Ben also adjusted the design when my fiancé asked him to thicken the band for comfort. He turned the ring around in about a month (FYI Ben mentioned fall/winter was a busy season, so plan accordingly). When we came to Ben for our wedding rings, we had an initial meeting where we showed him some inspiration, brought family stones we wanted to incorporate, and let him know our budget. We came back a couple of weeks later to review design options with him and confirm our selections. A little less than a month later, he let us know we could come pick up the rings! Ben is such an amiable guy, with a great attention to detail, and he explains pros/cons of design elements so you can make informed choices. If you want to customize jewelry, Ben is the perfect person to work with!
