I can’t begin to list all of the ways Cameron went above and beyond to find us our dream home in Midway and make the purchase process a breeze once he found it.With my wife and I living out of state, it was amazing having someone who has been selling house in the area as long as Cameron that could guide us through the entire process, pros and cons of different areas, things to be mindful of with water rights, insurance, respected home inspectors and real time pulse of the market and the comps. He listened to our must haves and wanted to ensure we were making the best investment for our family and getting a place we would love, with no surprises.Once he found our house, he made several trips up to the property to FaceTime us and give feedback on things that weren’t clear in the listing. He had a good sense, not only selling in the area but being a long time resident himself, what general costs of certain repairs and renovations could go for based on his experiences on other properties. All of our conversations, information and photos shared over, gave us the comfort we needed to move forward with making the purchase. With his knowledge of the market he was able to negotiate a great price for us and a fair sales price for the seller and in addition, some great additional credits for items that needed to be addressed at closing. We could not be happier!I know for any house my family and friends are buying or selling, there will be no hesitation in recommending Cameron. Thanks to him, my family and I have our perfect home we can build memories in for the foreseeable future.

Cameron helped me buy a first home in Heber about six years ago. It was the perfect size for me at the time. More recently, he helped me sell that same condo in preparation to move in with my fiancée in a different town.He advised me through difficult market conditions without having to compromise too much. Local Knowledge does matter; Thanks Cameron!

I had met Cameron years earlier through a mutual friend. When I found myself looking for a building lot in Heber, I called Cameron because I didn’t want to deal with a stranger. After visiting for a few minutes and explains just what it was I was looking for, he made a call and we immediately drove to a lot with a million dollar view of the valley. Didn’t waste time looking at properties that didn’t fit my criteria.I put an offer on it the next day and closed a month later. Cameron made it such a smooth process, keeping me informed of important deadlines along the way.An absolute pleasure working with Cam.

You’ll quickly have a lifetime friend when you meet Cameron. He treats you as if you are his #1 priority and will work tirelessly to provide you with honest information when it comes to buying or selling your home. He helped my children purchase their first home and they felt as if they were represented in a positive and honest way. He was available day and night to help them understand the buying process. Working with Cameron made their first time buying a home a smooth and fun experience. He truly cared about what they needed and they will be forever grateful. Knowing Cameron for 15 years I’ve watched him interact with people and know he truly cares about them and their needs. He’ll go above and beyond to make sure you have all the information required to make the right decision in purchasing or selling your home. He comes highly recommended and anyone would be lucky to have him as their agent.

Our 1st experience with Cam Boyd was in November 2008 when he showed us several houses in various stages on construction. We picked one and he took care of everything so we successfully bought the property. Fast forward to July 2021 and it is time to sell. Of course we asked him to do that for us. It went smoothly. Suggestions about the property were given, photos were taken all done very quickly and professionally. First offer fell through, no worries, he walked us through the next two offers and we selected one to pursue. Excellent communication. Smooth process. Highly recommend Cam Boyd and his staff.

Cameron Boyd has been our realtor for nine years now. He was very helpful when we wanted to build a vacation home in Midway Utah. He took the time to show us many options on two different occasions. We finally found what we were looking for and he was instrumental in helping us buy the lot, and find someone in Utah to finance the deal. Since that original deal he has helped us purchase two other properties and sell two others. What a pleasure it is to work with someone like Cam when you live out of state, you are spending retirement money and you need an expert. I would recommend Cam to anyone that wants the most informed realtor in Northern Utah.
