Optimal Care Chiropractic is one of the best chiropractic practices that has ever treated me. One of the main reasons I say this is because of the staff. Of course, I must first recognize Dr. Marcia Levi, the owner who is not only knowledgeable about chiropractic medicine, but really cares about her patients.Her staff follows suite. They are knowledgeable and caring. They each do their job carefully and with kindness. Whether they are checking-in patients, handling payments or helping them go through prescribed activities ordered by Dr. Levi, they are professional. They often ask during a treatments how I am feeling.Most times, there is calming music in the office, books to read, and a tv channel that explains what chiropractic is. This ambience puts me at ease immediately.Since the late eighties, I have been treated by chiropractors who have been kind, skillful, and knowledgeable. When I am at Optimal Care Chiropractic, I receive more than skill and knowledge.What I feel is love, warmth, and joy.My only regret is that I procrastinated in contacting the practice for an appointment! I would have been feeling better sooner!!!!!
