Avon Valley Security handle all security for Rush nightclub and I genuinely could not have asked for a better team. They treat our venue like it is their own and you can feel that in everything they do. They do not act like outside contractors ticking a job sheet. They genuinely want Rush to succeed and they put the effort in every single night.My staff feel comfortable approaching them about anything. They are never heavy handed or intimidating. They are approachable, calm, professional and clear with communication. Customers feel safe. Staff feel safe. And I have full trust in them to protect the venue.Nothing is ever a chore to them. They go above and beyond constantly. Whether that is supporting floor staff, keeping eyes on everything, or just being there as a reassuring presence. Avon Valley Security worked with us to provide security for Bath Pride. It was the first time we'd hired security and we were...anticipatory about it. As soon as our team member started talking to Avon Valley though, our worries were put to rest. Had the privilege of working alongside Avon Valley Security at Bath Pride (I was a volunteer steward, they were security). The whole team were outstanding: great pre event support and information, excellent presence in the day (every single team member was 100% attentive at all times) and they handled disruption with sensitivity and care which ensured nothing escalated. Avon Valley Security were a pleasure to work with. They were very helpful from start to finish- promptly responding to our initial enquiry via a 3rd party. I requested last minute changes to the booking, which they fulfilled and even tried to help source someone for a 2nd night when they were fully booked.Upon arrival the team were fabulous- every request was met with knowledge and professionalism. Security aside they were also genuinely lovely people with a positive attitude and a great team dynamic too. We now wouldn't consider using anyone else.
