Happy Hippo was dispatched out through American Home shield, the service they provided was good, and after talking to Ben with the company it would have been great but because American Home shield wouldn't pay for the repairs because the part wasn't totally broken they didn't get to replace the part needed.However, if I have to replace the part I would happily call Happy Hippo due to the call I received from the company (Ben) He was very apologetic and offered to contact AHS and fight for a replacement part. I appreciated his efforts and thanked him but I canceled my policy with AHS. Thanks Ben for being there for your customers.

I want to say this about Ben. The customer service was top tier the best I have ever had. This is the first time AHS got me the right company. Ben was able to communicate effectively during the entire process he always answered my calls and explained the entire process so that was so important to me. The service was excellent, they were very concerned that I was without heat and worked to get the new system in quickly, My very first experience was the initial visit, the technician was vey hospitable and very informative. They let me know what was needed and the price was phenomenal something I could afford. The second visit was the install and the gentlemen was very easy to talk to answered all my questions and was concerned ant completing the install so I could have heat. This is an amazing company and I would recommend their services to all who need HVAC. I am a very very please customer. PS…. They cleaned up before they left!!!! 5 Star company
