Our 27+ year old HVAC system was in need of replacement, added to that is that our home is a two-story house with an open staircase, with not enough ducting upstairs to keep it in balance with the downstairs. We had several estimates performed, but none really had a plan to address the duct work. One stated he didn't know, but when the installers came they would "figure it out". Another was to install an upstairs HVAC system and another to install a mini split upstairs. Since one of the primary goals in spending the money to replace the old system was to save on energy costs, this seemed counterproductive. I then asked Mechanical Extremes for an estimate. Harold, the owner of the business walked through our home and after actually listening to what our issues were, he told us exactly what could be done to correct the ducting issues and gave us an estimate for a high efficiency Carrier Infinity system. We ended up going with Mechanical Extremes and I have to say they are top notch. They installed the system on the date promised and finished on the date promised. The added ducting was minimally intrusive and effective. The installers were professional, polite and respectful. And that goes for anyone that I dealt within their organization. HVAC systems are not cheap, so it makes sense to buy a top brand and most importantly go with a reputable installer like Mechanical Extremes.

After waiting a week for my home warranty to send someone to fix my AC, in the height of a heat wave, I had someone here the same day I called. Mechanical Extremes was exceptional!! It cost a lot less than I was expecting, work was done quickly and what was originally scheduled as an after hours call was actually completed about 3 hours ahead of the scheduled time. I have found my repair company and will continue to use and refer everyone to Mechanical Extremes. Excellent customer service, my technician explained and showed me exactly what was wrong and needed replacing, and gave me advice for future maintenance.
