After waiting a week for my home warranty to send someone to fix my AC, in the height of a heat wave, I had someone here the same day I called. Mechanical Extremes was exceptional!! It cost a lot less than I was expecting, work was done quickly and what was originally scheduled as an after hours call was actually completed about 3 hours ahead of the scheduled time. I have found my repair company and will continue to use and refer everyone to Mechanical Extremes. Excellent customer service, my technician explained and showed me exactly what was wrong and needed replacing, and gave me advice for future maintenance. This is a company that will take care of you.

Bill was great, explaining the situation, fixing it efficiently, and sharing maintenance suggestions. We have had to leave the windows open. The smoke was suffocating 7/15 16 and it continues..outside. I am breathing much better now. Serior discount was helpful. From the estimate to the finished installation, everything was fantastic. We’re already planning on a 2nd unit in our rental home. We had an awesome experience. On one of the hottest days, they made time to see us!! The HVAC company we had been using, with a club membership, couldn’t find time!!!!!! Grant came out and was very knowledgeable and fixed our problem in an hour!!!! We were so happy with the care he showed. Explained everything and made us comfortable with the repair. Gave important information on 'possible' gas line changes, etc. if we go with Tankless Unit based on our heated water usage and approximate costs. Also gave information on change of water heaters to replace existing tank. He was very helpful and we are still deciding on what to do. Hope to decide before end of month.
