This was the first time I used Mechanical Extremes. It was a great experience. Their communication is right on. The service person was courteous and professional. Apparently, I only scheduled the A/C maintenance but wanted to have our furnace maintenance done as well and he was able to do that when he was here. No second visit required. I appreciated that.
