Came here from a recommendation from a friend since I was having some back pain. Love seeing and getting massaged by Tamera! Started coming for the massages for a couple months and then got a back scan done. Not only was it interesting to see but the staff are very knowledgeable about the work they do. I've had years of back pain and I found out I had scoliosis (although not major) from a previous chiropractor but was told that "everyone has a bit of a scoliosis" and that there's nothing he could do to fix it except if I want to wear a brace 24/7. Because of this, I've been skeptical about chiro but was desperate due to the pain. I've been told great things about Central Avenue Health Centre so I gave it a shot. I saw Dr. Pankiw and his team were amazing! They actually listened, did some tests and took their time to explain what's happening to my body. I went there for my lower back but Dr. Pankiw noticed some problems with my back neck so he included it in my x-ray. I'm so grateful he did because what I thought were migraines and headaches were actually due to my neck. It's so much better now and I no longer have to take Advil all the time. I've also always thought I was a light sleeper but ever since getting treatment for my back and neck, I've been sleeping so much better. Thank you to Dr. Pankiw and his staff for being so remarkable!

when I came into this clinic for the first time, I had discomfort walking as I had issues of my lower back and an injured arm at work. Dr. Jared Stuckel scanned my back and spine and explained what procedure he will do. After xray and several sessions, I no longer turn on my stomach before I could get up. I can bend w/o rattling sound from my lower back and hips when I walk. With the help of Acupuncturist Valerie Pankiw I can move way better and sleep w/ comfort. Central Avenue Health Centre is a magical place. I have nothing but good things to say about it. I was first referred there by my boyfriend, who was already a patient.
