I had a wonderful experience getting my wax yesterday! I was greeted by Saindyse who made me feel right at home. Next, my esthetician Natalie was incredibly gentle, making the whole process comfortable and easy. She explained every step, answered all my questions, and gave great tips to care for my skin afterwards. I really appreciated her professionalism and care, and I will definitely be coming back for future appointments!
