Marshall’s worker Josh was doing a great job. Because of Marshall’s advice we ended up in a lawsuit with the company who built the pool. Marshall’s company took over servicing of the pool. But, when i asked about what I thought was a discrepancy on my bill (since Marshall didn’t provide timely billing statements) and about a missed service date, Marshall had a passive aggressive fit and dumped my account, leaving me without his legal testimony. I have a ring camera and searched the feed and could prove that nobody had come for 2 weeks (although one of the Mondays was a holiday). I heard from another of his former clients that he did the same to her. Temperamental would be an accurate word to describe his demeanor.

We had our first swimming pool built a year ago. We knew little about maintenance, how to care for the new pool plaster and tile, how specific pool chemicals work or how to even interpret the ph level vials. Being new to all of this, we were uncertain about how to provide the best care for our new pool and spa. Our pool contractor introduced us to Marshall who he very highly recommended as the best person to setup and care for our new pool; and the rest has been history. Marshall was and is amazing. He was at our home everyday for the pool setup, providing the proper care and maintenance for our pool. He explained the chemicals he was using and why we needed these specific chemicals to ensure that our salt water and chlorine pool was curing, settling and that the water was transforming from tap water into swimming pool water. He also explained changes to the water caused by the very heavy rains this season and made sure our pool water was balanced and ready for us to use. Marshall and his team continues to provide a 5 star exceptional monthly service for our pool. Marshall’s very professional, skilled, and takes his work seriously. He’s friendly, patient, polite, answers all questions, and above all, he’s very respectful and honest. We highly recommend Marshall and his team at Violi Bros. Pool Services to all pool and spa owners.

We built a pool two years ago and this is when we were first introduced to Marshall. Being new pool owners we asked a lot of questions but Marshall was very patient, courteous and professional to listen to what we asked and would always take time to explain to us what we didn’t understand. He is prompt and informative each scheduled visit and has greatcommunication skills. We haven’t had any problems with our pool due to the excellent service, technical expertise and high standards of performance his team provides. We have many neighbors with pools that ask if our pool service is OK?The “best” we reply, call them.

After having our pool redone in 2021, we were introduced to Marshall. His knowledge of pool finishes and filters is extensive, but what makes him EXCEPTIONAL is his sincere desire to be the best at his job. Within a few days of having our pool completed, I noticed a problem. The pool company had installed the pool cleaning/filtration system incorrectly. They insisted that there was nothing wrong with the system or installation. While Marshall was cleaning the pool, I asked him what he thought about the noise I was hearing. He agreed that there was something wrong. Marshall was determined to fix the issue which was not of his making. On his own, he researched the system used and the installation process. The installation was finally fixed and my pool was perfect thanks to Marshall. At different times, I have had questions about the pool cleaning and Marshall is always willing to answer and explain. He's the BEST!
