I had an emergency appointment at East Grinstead Dental and the care I received from Jignasha Patel was absolutely amazing. She was calm, kind, and incredibly gentle throughout my treatment. My filling was done with such care that it completely restored my faith in dentists. I felt listened to, reassured, and genuinely looked after. Really friendly and knowledgeable. I had a hygienist appointment which had very good results. She was very caring and checked in with me to make sure I wasn’t in pain (I wasn’t other than the occasional twinge which is to be expected when having debris removed) The offered mineral water which made me feel important :).Also the building interior was very tasteful and fresh.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I cannot recommend Dr. Deepesh highly enough. From the moment I arrived, both Dr. Deepesh and his dental assistant, Clare, were kind, patient, and incredibly reassuring.I've struggled with a severe dental phobia for many years, but they completely changed my experience. They took the time to explain everything, never made me feel rushed, and made me feel calm and safe throughout my appointment.Their professionalism, compassion, and genuine care have given me confidence I never thought I'd have at the dentist. I cannot recommend East Grinstead Dental Practice highly enough.Dr Deepesh Patel and Dr Jignasha Patel helped me through a very stressful dental emergency while I was visiting the UK, and the care I received was truly exceptional.From the very first phone call, they were responsive, reassuring and incredibly kind. I arrived late after getting lost in a taxi, well past business hours, yet they never made me feel rushed. Instead, they took the time to calm me down, listened carefully, explained every option clearly, even took a call with my overseas dentist to align on the solution and helped me make the right decision for my circumstances.Their clinical expertise is clearly outstanding, but what impressed me most was their humanity. They treated me with genuine warmth, patience and compassion, and I never once felt that anything was being recommended other than what was truly best for me. In a profession where people can sometimes worry about unnecessary treatment, I felt complete trust from beginning to end.I arrived as a complete stranger and left giving them both a hug - I will always be grateful for everything they did.Exceptional dentists, extraordinary people. I wish i could give this review 10 stars. My thanks go out to Dr Deepesh Patel and Claire Sealey the dental practice professional. In short my 2 year old had broken his front teeth and the nerves exposed. I spent days getting rejected by other dentists and hospitals. Deepesh took one look at my son and within 30 minutes had him in the chair for treatment. Their professional levels, customer care and friendliness are unmeasurable. They were the only people that helped me. I cant thank they enough. I also spoke to one of their patients in the waiting room who agreed they were the best

By far the best dental practice I've even been to. Very professional, thoughtful and patient. I was absolutely petrified of the dentist until I met Dipesh and his team. Hubby never does reviews, but he’s insisted I write this one for East Grinstead Dental Practice — and it’s definitely a 10/10 service ⭐️He went in with a broken tooth and an abscess and needed it removed. He’s had a back tooth taken out before at a different practice and it was really painful, so he was understandably nervous this time.But Dipesh, Kate & Clare were absolutely amazing 🤩 He said the whole experience was completely different — calm, reassuring, and as comfortable as it possibly could be. I have used this practice since it opened and will not go anywhere else. You are treated as a valued customer, unnecessary treatment is never suggested, the team is extremely friendly and professional and prices are fair. Dipesh the lead dentist is amazing, taking things slowly and explaining everything as he goes along. I recommend this practice to anyone, especially if you are nervous of dentists like I used to be.

I took my wheelchair bound mother with severe dementia in to visit the team, I was dreading it as mum is very unwell. Everyone was amazing. They knew how to work with mum's type of dementia, they talked to mum and they reassured her throughout. It was an emergency appointment and they did everything they could to improve the situation there and then providing clear options for the next steps. I cannot express just how well they looked after my mother today and I highly recommend them.

Since coming to East Grinstead Dental Practice I am no longer the nervous patient that I was. When I come for my checkups and hygiene visits I no longer worry. Any concerns are listened to and taken care of. An exceptional dental practice with wonderful staff.My grandchildren now attend this practice on my recommendation. I can’t give higher praise than that. Additionally, they try to make it fun for kids.Thank you to everyone there.
