Steve & Alex installed a Hypervolt EV charger and an outside plug for me. From making first contact, their customer service was impeccable. As I had some questions regarding the charger, Steve and I had a phone consultation in which he outlined the different types of chargers and offered his recommendations. Minnie was great at sending quotations, offering clear pricing and approximate dates for completion. Steve and Alex arrived promptly on the day and completed all work thoroughly and neatly. We have used Switched On for a number of jobs around our house from light fittings to EV charger installation and they are absolute pros! The EV charger was particularly complex because our property is listed, but they managed to customise the charger installation to be sensitive to the aesthetic and protected status of the house. Their professionalism and attention to detail is second to none and they also left our place absolutely immaculate. The wider team are also really friendly, helpful and very responsive. 10 / 10 service and would highly recommend them and will definitely use them for any electrical work I need doing around the house.

The Switched On team are actual humans who clearly care about providing friendly professional service. My expectations were set fairly high following my telephone conversation with the lovely Minnie (in the office) - Steve met and exceeded them. He replaced our tired old kitchen lights with modern bright LED downlighters. He turned up on time (right when Minnie said he would), was polite and personable. Steve described the process then got on with it. Left the kitchen cleaner than when he arrived! 100% recommend - will definitely use these guys again.

I was going through a loft conversion and Switched On were amazing. They knew exactly what the building inspector would be looking for and installed the fire alarms as well as all lighting and sockets accordingly.
