Andrea is the best!! 🤩 She is soOo knowledgeable and soOo kind! She stuck with me until my ionizer was up and running. 🙏She led me through cleaning out not just the metal flex hose but my entire ionizer. I didn’t realize earlier that my tap water has so much calcium in it. And that was what was blocking the flow. (Literally had just drops coming out!! and I drink a gallon a day.)She recommended the citric acid filter and the EOS external filter too.She walked me through how to do all of it!Thank you, Andrea—from CANADA!!—for all your assistance: texts and calls! I’m grateful to you!🤩🤗

We have been using the Alka Viva US700 under cabinet water filtration system and have been very happy with it since 2018. The quality of the water is excellent. Very happy with this purchase and how well it filters our water, the clean taste, as well as its nice appearance. The faucet is right at the sink with very easy access. We also like the light that reminds us to change the filter and the water flow is quick. It takes just a few seconds to fill a glass or container.

I’ve had my Alkaviva H2 for at least 5 years and absolutely love it. Anytime we taste regular water it tastes ackward. Love knowing my family is drinking clean water!
