Romano Shutters was recommended by several neighbors in my community and I'm so happy they did! I called their office and spoke with Isabel, who is knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. She walked me through their services offerings and answered my questions. I was fortunate to be able to set up a same day appointment for their technicians to come out and assess the issue that I had with my electronic shutter. Greg was the lead on the job and he took the time to explain the issues, help me understand how it failed and things to do to try to prevent it in the future. And yes, he was able to replace the part from stock that they have in their truck and get me prepared for the upcoming hurricane season! In comparison to another company who had previously looked at my shutter, Romano Shutters educated me about the shutters, explained how to care for them and did it less expensively that the previous company quoted. Nick Romano was able to figure out a networking issue/phone app with our shutters and screens that were installed by another company that had not been able to diagnose the issue for over a year after the installation. Excellent customer service !

After installing shutters throughout our condo, we were having some electrical problems and couldn’t figure out why. The owner came out to help troubleshoot the problem and went above & beyond the call of duty to get to the problem resolved, even though the installation of the electric shutters was not the cause of the problem.
