We have recently worked with Balloon Tree Production for the second time they were brilliant. We are a UK-based agency, and our client specifically asked us to work with them again on another brief in Australia.Despite the time zones, they were great with communication and with evolving plans. Would totally recommend working with this team, and we look forward to working with them again in the future.

We had such a great experience working with Balloon Tree. We had to pull everything together very quickly, and the team were incredibly flexible and accommodating from the outset. They really took the lead and helped support our small team, which made the whole process feel much more manageable. On shoot day, they were calm, collected and professional, and did a fantastic job of making our talent feel comfortable and at ease, particularly important given the nature of the shoot. They also had a really strong understanding of our vision and were able to translate that into the creative beautifully. The turnaround on the final assets was impressively quick too.We really appreciated how collaborative, proactive and easy they were to work with. Would absolutely recommend Balloon Tree!

Excellent from kick-off, shoot and delivery. We booked Balloon Tree Productions for our Open Dialogue event in Melbourne, and Matt and his team were brilliant. They moved seamlessly through a room of 50+ guests and back-to-back speakers without ever being in the way, and the turnaround on photos and video was fast. Quality was polished and spot-on for the tone of the event. Would book them again in a heartbeat.

Such a cool team to work with! They’ve been incredibly friendly, full of great ideas, and still so professional and knowledgeable. Chase and Matt have been an absolute dream—kept me involved the whole way through by asking for my thoughts, and even let me do a bit of minor directing on the day. They recently produced three TV ads plus photography for our company, and the whole process was seamless. No dramas at all. I felt completely at ease, there were no creative clashes, and they really listened to our briefs. In the end, they delivered something even better than we could’ve created ourselves. It honestly felt like we could just relax knowing they had everything handled. We’re already looking forward to working with them again in the future. Highly recommend!

We recently worked with Matt and the team at Balloon Tree to create a series of commercials to promote our Support at Home offering, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The testimonials that they created were warm, engaging and full of emotion – exactly what we asked for. Not only did they create a great product, but they are genuinely good people to deal with. None of the rubbish that you can get from some big agencies, they were consultative, full of great ideas and made the process super easy. Even when there were unforeseen scheduling issues (our side), it was never a hassle and they were just so easy to deal with. We’ve done a few B2B/internal things with them too and will be definitely working more with them in the future.

Matt and his team were awesome. From the first interaction they displayed a genuine interest in our technology and in preparation for filming undertook a significant amount of investigative work to fully understand our technology and the best way to bring it to life. Always responsive and willing to fit into our time frames and make changes as required. High quality end product. We continue to receive compliments on the quality and focus of the videos produced by Balloon Tree!

We worked with Balloon Tree Productions on ads for Early Settler, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. From the moment we connected with them in pre-production, we felt completely supported. They took our ideas and brought them to life with creativity and care.Communication was easy and seamless throughout — we were genuinely happy to be in their hands because it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. The shoot itself ran smoothly, and during post-production, they welcomed all our feedback and really made us feel like collaborators, not just clients.More than just creating an ad for us, Balloon Tree truly partnered with us at every stage of the process. We couldn’t be happier with the result and would 100% work with them again!

We used Balloon Tree to assist in both setting up our podcast Tonka Talks but also editing our episodes. They not only provided us with so much advice, including what platform to use to record, how to set ourselves up on different podcast platforms but also continue to do an outstanding job of editing each of our episodes! They are super efficient and their work is always excellent quality. Couldn't recommend them more!
