5 Star experience with the guys at Northern Lights from first phone call to keys in hand! I bought a Porsche Cayenne S from them and the whole process was smooth. Being an out of state buyer, Patrick was super helpful and shared video and photos and answered all questions. Patrick and Pablo prove to me that there really are good, honest car dealers out there. I really appreciated when Patrick explained how they like to source their vehicles direct from dealer trade in vs. at auction. This car was well worth flying in for, as they sourced a 2 owner, religiously maintained example. And they also made sure it was up to date on it's maintenance before putting it up for sale (with receipts: all 4 rotors/pads, fluid service, PCV service, windshield). Super fair pricing, and they picked me up from the airport and made sure my whole experience was seamless. I waited to write this review until after about 30 days and about 2000 miles, including driving it back home and processing official plates/title/etc. Zero complaints or issues! When they said they want to make sure customers drive off with a quality car...they mean it. Appreciate everything thru the sales process, Patrick. And Pablo, thank you for making sure I had a worry free experience.
