We started taking our baby to Dr. Adrienne when she was two weeks old and have had an amazing experience so far! She is so kind and knowledgeable that I also see her now too. Front desk staff was so warm and welcoming from my initial call to schedule. Highly recommend back to balance!

Ten days out from a big race I sat for a 2 hour work zoom- got up to go make my bed, bent the wrong way and threw my back out so badly I couldn’t get off the floor until my son got home. It was late and I googled any chiropractor who might still be open. Christina answered, asked if I could come down in 15 min and made the insurance process so easy. I couldn’t stand up at all - my son had to help me into the office. I walked in completely hunched to the ground. Dr. Spencer saw me that night and even in that condition told me his goal for me was to run my race. I thought he might be crazy. He got me into the office 7 of the next 9 days and worked pure magic. He used a laser treatment some of those days ( I’d never done or heard of it before but was backed by pretty great research)! But I still didn’t think there was a chance I’d run 4 dsys out from the race. Dr. Spencer never lost hope and I think he was somewhat transforming my mental health as he treated my physical body. I couldn’t even walk one week out from the race. He gave me a home regimen, I did everything and 2 days before the race we decided I would go for it. My 50th birthday weekend was centered around this race and not only was it a success but it was the 3rd fastest half marathon time I’ve had of the 8 I’ve run. I was pain free throughout the run and almost a week out now, I am recovering seamlessly. I owe so much to Dr. Spencer and Back to Balance- they have a new regular customer! I highly recommended Spencer - for runners and for sure, any back issues!

I just saw Dr.Victoria for the first time with my 1 month old baby and I couldn’t be happier. She was extremely gentle, informative and I watched any tension melt off of my babies face while Dr. Victoria worked with her. She was so relaxed and happy and it was amazing to see. Dr. Victoria is extremely knowledgeable and described everything she was doing in full detail and even gave me exercises to do at home to help with my babies gas and stiffness. Highly recommend!!!

Been seeing Dr. Spencer for a few months now. The initial consultation was great- we did X-rays and then sat down to look at potential areas for improvement and set up a plan to tackle various issues. Seeing him regularly has certainly been beneficial and I can defiantly see improvement in my back! Everyone I’ve worked with at this office has been really helpful and everything has been very seamless- it’s been a great experience so far! Highly recommend.

Excellent! Back to Balance is a truly wonderful place. I brought an old nagging football injury in, and after just a couple sessions I was good to go. I highly recommend the laser treatments; they made more progress in one 10 minute session than I experienced after hours of physical therapy.

I started visiting Back to Balance when I was pregnant with my 4th and having some pain. It helped tremendously and I was never worried for my baby. I then brought my baby with me as a newborn and she received some care as well. I continue to go now, 2 years later and can't recommend it enough! This is such a great practice with amazing people who are so caring and helpful!

If you’re dealing with tension headaches like I was, do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Spencer. I used to get headaches every single day, and since starting treatment with him, I haven’t had one. That alone feels like a miracle.Dr. Spencer is truly awesome, knowledgeable, attentive, and he genuinely cares about helping you feel better. Him and his staff are incredibly friendly and make every visit comfortable and easy.I’ve already recommended him to two people because the results have been that good.
