We recently had the roof replaced on our business, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with RoofElite LLC from beginning to end!From the very first visit with JR, who came out to inspect the roof and explain everything to us, to receiving the quote and scheduling the project with Jennifer, the entire process was seamless, professional, and incredibly easy.Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and everything happened exactly as promised. That alone is something I truly appreciate as a business owner!The crew that came out to do the work was fantastic. Every single person was respectful of our building and our property, worked efficiently, and took pride in what they were doing. They were also extremely courteous, which we really appreciated since we were having the work done at our place of business.And here's one little detail that really stood out to me: Before the project, we had asked our Owners Association to cut back some trees that were touching the roof. They told us it had been taken care of, but there was still one branch touching the roof. After RoofElite completed the job, I noticed that branch was gone. The roofing crew had taken care of it themselves!It may seem like a small thing, but to me, that says a LOT about a company. They could have easily left it and said, "That's not our responsibility." Instead, they took care of it, saving us another phone call, more waiting, and more aggravation. That kind of attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile is exactly what you want when you're trusting someone with your business.The cleanup was also excellent. They left our property clean and in great shape when they were finished.As business owners ourselves, we know how important customer service is—and RoofElite absolutely delivered.We would highly recommend RoofElite to anyone needing a roof replacement or roofing work. I am very satisfied with the entire Roof Elite team. Noah Holsinger, the sales, rep was respectfully persistent and worked very hard to earn my business. He knows his business and was there every step of the way. He was very responsive to any of my questions or concerns.The installation crew were incredibly hard working. They got to the job early and worked until dark. They are direct employees , not subcontractors. They are skillful, neat and courteous. I compared several companies. Roof Elite was the only one that mentioned a wind mitigation report and it was included in the price. That report saved me thousands on my homeowner insurance. Before and after the job, Noah had his drone take video of the roof. He sent me the videos so I could see and inspect the job without going up on the roof. My roof is super steep, so going up on it wasn’t going to happen. As far as pricing, Roof Elite is as competitive as any of them. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Roof Elite to anyone, in fact I already have.

These guys were awesome! I needed to replace an aging roof after weather damage, and they fit it in their schedule and even found other damage I hadn't seen that they were able to repair. The guys were very organized and cleaned up the entire yard around the house.

How refreshing it is to deal with a roofing company and company representative with integrity (thanks RoofElite and JR). We received: a thorough (and free) inspection of our roof (and inside our attic); options for potential minor repair of damaged concrete roof tiles; but, most importantly, a clear and unequivocal recommendation not to invest money in a cosmetic repair since there was no visible damage to our 7-year old roof or of water intrusion from the roof. It is rare to find examples of transparency and honesty in the roofing business, and we were impressed by the full and expert service we received at no cost to us. No question that RoofElite is the company we will use in the future when we do have a need for repair or replacement of our roof. Highly recommend RoofElite!

JR came out and gave me options for shingle vrs metal roofing. After a bunch of questions and consideration we opted with a white metal roof. JR knew all the pros and cons. The only con was an increase in price obviously but in tbe long run between insurance savings, longevity and energy savings it was a no brainer. The crew was like a well oiled machine. They were considerate and cautious for my new white pool patio and make sure everything was immaculate when they were finished. My roof looks outstanding! It gave us a whole new look to our home. I would recommend elite to anyone looking for a professional job. One more thing was they always got back to me with my questions. That was so important.

We had a GREAT experience with RoofElite! Trey inspected our old roof, then sat down with us and thoroughly explained RoofElite's process and offerings. He walked us through all our options, then let us make our decisions without any pressure about what to choose. He answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly and provided an immediate estimate. The RoofElite crew arrived early and wasted no time removing the old roofing and installing the new. They were careful to cover plantings around the house with tarps to avoid possible damage (none occurred), and the cleanup was thorough and complete at the end of the day. They even ran a large magnet around the property to make sure there were no nails or other metal left behind. ALL IN ONE DAY!
