She made sure I was aware of the policies and even made sure I knew I can have the truck for a full 24 hours and if I wanted to extend my time, last the 6 hours it auto did, just in case. I want to start by saying that this is the best storage facility here in Las Vegas. The only reason I’m not giving them five stars is because I believe there are just a few minor tweaks that would make being a customer there perfect, and they are almost there. Bang for your book is always important to me but more important than that will always be service and ease of use. Service is pretty decent; great for today’s standard. But there are only two dolly’s available at any given time. For the 100+ units there. That and the limit on when you can go to your own unit are the reasons they don’t get the 5th star.All in all, I truly recommend Epic Storage.

Without her assistance, our move would have been a disaster.She helped us get moving trucks and work with us. For example; we had two units at one point, and with her assistance, we found the right size unit and all in the same location. Also, the facility and the units are always clean. I can't recommend Epic Storage enough! They have been awesome. I've walked in and added a unit; no problems. As needs changed, I switched between units; no problems. All the staff are friendly! If you switch units, they pro-rate the portion of the month you aren't using on the old unit, and apply that toward the new unit. The facility is clean, and secure. The units have individual alarms, and are behind an access controlled gate.

We went in to change the card and pay the late payment fee plus the rent and they waived the late fee without us asking. Excellent customer service.

Not a one size fits all statement, but you likely get my thinking. So considering it's generally a last resort to invest in a remote storage unit, I can certainly say Epic (although a bit much for the name of a storage facility) have been as helpful a service as any commendable business deserves when actually rightly tending their public service duties. Kind, prompt, and accurate administrative. And the fees are fairly reasonable even competitive considering the introduction discount rates!
