We hired Electrovolt for an exterior electrical project, including the full setup for our new pool (heat pump, pump, lighting), relocating our hot tub equipment, and installing waterproof outlets on our new deck. We received four quotes for the job, and while theirs was not the absolute cheapest (it was the second cheapest), it was by far the most comprehensive and detailed. They captured every single requirement we had discussed, which gave us the confidence that nothing would be missed. They also accommodated our tight project timelines, fitting us into their schedule and ensuring our pool project was not delayed.Where Electrovolt truly went above and beyond was with their problem-solving. We ran into an unexpected issue with a gas line vent located too close to the planned electrical work. Instead of leaving the problem for us to solve—which likely would have involved re-doing freshly poured concrete—they actively troubleshooted with us late into the evening to find a safe and compliant solution. This saved us time and money and demonstrated a real commitment to their clients.The quality of the final installation is impeccable. All the work is incredibly clean, tidy, and passed inspection without any issues. Their attention to detail is impressive; they even took the extra time to perfectly align their new cable fasteners with existing ones on the wall for a cleaner visual look.
