Ian and PJ were a great team. They let us know what day and time they were coming andcalled the morning of our install to confirm. They kept us abreast of how the install of our mini split was going. Once the install was completed they walked us through how the system worked and explained how to use the remote. It was a pleasure working with Core Comfort HVAC. I highly recommend this business.

Trace, the installer, was great! I found it odd that he had to run around the morning of the install to get all the parts and pieces. Once he got to my home though, he was very fast efficient and thorough.I’m very much looking forward to using this nice Mitsubishi unit instead of my old window AC unit.
