Extremely happy with Simon and his son Charlie's work restoring our hallway and front room wooden floors. They'd been previously painted black, uneven, all had gaps and divots and nail heads protruding from the floor. When the floor required additional work to get it to the standard they wanted they came back the following days and were very reliable, tidy, professional and polite throughout the work. Si and Charlie have completely renovated our lounge floorboards. The guys were great, very knowledgeable and talked us through all our various options for colour, primer, finish, gap filling including doing some samples direct onto the floor to help us get what we were looking for on our pine floorboards. They've already been booked back in to continue through the rest of the house and we can't wait for it to be done. It was surprisingly low dust and everything kept neat. Really can't fault the job and pricing was very reasonable and competitive.

Really happy with the end result! Had the whole downstairs of our cottage done… These guys are great. There was one area of the floor that I was unhappy with and they came back out to sort it. It did take them a while to come out due to supplier issues but I’m happy to let that slide as they were very apologetic and did a great job!

We love our floors! Simon and Gus worked extremly hard removing the dark factory finish on our lovely oak floors, then sanded and finished, and they honestly look like new.Simon also was a great help in finding the right finish for us. We didn't want the yellow of the oak to be brought out as it wouldn't complement our wall colours, and he found a fantastic solution for us - all completely stress free. We're delighted!Simon and Gus were a pleasure to have in the house for the week and their work was unbelievably tidy. Superb job! I'd highly recommend them.

Simon and Gus came back for the third job in our house - this time to gap fill, sand, stain and varnish the dining room and main staircase. If at all possible they did an even better job than on the previous two occasions. The finish room had Victorian black tar around the edge to remove, and the stairs required some intricate care, but both areas now look stunning. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking that wood floorboards are better than carpet! It was one of the best decisions we made to get them to quote our first job.
