I don’t usually leave reviews (this might be my third ever, and I’m 38), but I had to share my experience with Dr. Glen Burford for anyone who is still dealing with pain.After multiple car accidents, I’ve had ongoing issues with my neck, spine, and nerves. I’ve seen several doctors and chiropractors over the years and eventually gave up on the idea of real relief.. I just learned to live with the pain the best I could, but I didn’t realize at what expense..my mental and emotional health have suffered at times over the years..On 4/21/26, it became unbearable—I couldn’t even move my arm. During my lunch break, I searched for chiropractors near me, saw Dr. Burford, and called. I spoke directly with him and got a same-day appointment at 3:30.From the start, I could feel he was different. (He’s cut from a different cloth that’s for sure). He took the time to sit down and really listen to everything I’ve been dealing with something I’ve never experienced before. Dr. Burford looked at me after going over my X-rays, treatment plan, and answering my questions and he told me “Don’t worry! It’s okay, we’re gonna get you better” and tears started rolling down my face because I knew then that I’m on the right road to getting my life back. At my first visit, he treated me with StemWave therapy, I instantly felt some relief, he didn’t rush into an adjustment because he wanted to carefully review and study my X-rays first. He also made it clear that communication is key—he wants to know if anything changes from one day to the next, even if I’m not scheduled, and he’ll make time to see me if needed.Now I’m sitting in the parking lot after my second appointment, my first actual adjustment and I’m honestly overwhelmed with emotion. I’m so grateful I found him. For the first time, I know without a doubt I’m on the road to a better quality of life. I’m not just going to get better physically, but mentally and emotionally too.If you’re frustrated with temporary fixes like TENS units, ice packs, and quick adjustments without real results (and unexplained extra charges after your copay), I highly recommend giving him a call! I have been having back pains for over 15 years and I’ve gone to 2 other places before coming to Ideal Health Solutions. I’ve had injections in my back and taken shots for many years. The shots stop working and I was scheduled for back surgery, when a friend strongly recommended that I see her chiropractor. I came to the chiropractor with my husband’s assistant, unable to walk. 4 months later and I’m walking without any assistance and my visits are down to once a week. My pain level is less than 1. I strongly recommend any skeptic about chiropractors (which I was) to give Ideal Health Solutions a try.

I’ve had multiple back surgeries since 2020 and nothing was working. Came here in march and with in two months I feel the best I’ve felt in over ten years.

Dr Burford and his team are wonderful. I came in 2 weeks ago with serious neck pain and I’m happy to say that the treatment is working. I’m feeling less pain every day.

I was in an accident last year and was in major pain. My neck and back was on fire as I can't take any pain medication. However,I found Dr. Glen Burford at Ideal Health Solutions and he has made a difference in how my body feels after being in a rear ended accident. I would recommend Dr.Burford to anyone who may be having issues with past or present issues with their bodies to see him as he has really helped me through pain without medication that I can't take. I am thankful for him and the care that I have received at present. Keep up the excellent work Dr. Glen Burford.

Almost a year ago, I was in a wreck that left me in so much pain from spinal ligament damage and other injuries. I am so glad I decided to come to Dr. Burford. A traditional doctor probably would have recommended surgery. But here with the adjustments and in house therapy, the pain has decreased TREMENDOUSLY. I have regained my range of motion and can move around pain free. I am grateful to God for Dr. Burford. He and his staff are amazing. You are like family when you come here. I definitely recommend this practice.
