I went in today to see Dr Gene Burford at ideal Health Solutions in Collierville, TN~ for lower back & hip pain. Firstly~ he has a great, funny, & strong personality (in an educating’ way~ not at all aggressive), & is so friendly (in the good way) & comforting. After taking X-rays & a thorough explanation of my X-rays & what my treatment might look like~ Dr Burford used‘The Stemwave’ machine on my lower back. omGGG .. after the treatment my lower back instantly felt renewed. I realize it’s not a ‘one & done’ & will require more sessions~ but, I can only explain it like this. Before ‘The Stemwave’ treatment today~ my lower bank had begun to feel hollow(ish) & unsupported, prone to collapse (posture-wise). After Dr Burford’s use of ‘The Stemwave’ on the area today~ I stood instantly more upright, felt my lower back was more supported and supporting of me (& my body). I am telling you that the hollowness quickly felt ‘filled’, i even felt a vibrancy to the area. I am not even a big google reviewer~ yet here I am~ because this machine works !! I intend to continue forward with Dr Burford & ‘The Stemwave’ treatments, as I am sure accessing this area & rebuilding up those curative stem cells (building/healing blocks of LIFE itself) to revive the health of my lower back (& hip) will be ongoing. All of this~ please GG with no surgery or drugs 🙏🙏🙏I will additionally soon begin chiropractic treatments with Dr Burford. it’s worth it & so am I !! Thank you Dr Burford~ for the non-invasive pain relief & the Renewed Hope I already feel after only 1 visit with YoU & only 1 ‘Stemwave’ treatment, so far !!

This is an amazing place from the staff to my stem wave therapy I can’t say enough good things about this place! my knee hasn’t felt this good in years I highly recommend them.

I don’t usually leave reviews (this might be my third ever, and I’m 38), but I had to share my experience with Dr. Glen Burford for anyone who is still dealing with pain.After multiple car accidents, I’ve had ongoing issues with my neck, spine, and nerves. I’ve seen several doctors and chiropractors over the years and eventually gave up on the idea of real relief.. I just learned to live with the pain the best I could, but I didn’t realize at what expense..my mental and emotional health have suffered at times over the years..On 4/21/26, it became unbearable—I couldn’t even move my arm. During my lunch break, I searched for chiropractors near me, saw Dr. Burford, and called. I spoke directly with him and got a same-day appointment at 3:30.From the start, I could feel he was different. (He’s cut from a different cloth that’s for sure). He took the time to sit down and really listen to everything I’ve been dealing with something I’ve never experienced before. Dr. Burford looked at me after going over my X-rays, treatment plan, and answering my questions and he told me “Don’t worry! It’s okay, we’re gonna get you better” and tears started rolling down my face because I knew then that I’m on the right road to getting my life back. At my first visit, he treated me with StemWave therapy, I instantly felt some relief, he didn’t rush into an adjustment because he wanted to carefully review and study my X-rays first. He also made it clear that communication is key—he wants to know if anything changes from one day to the next, even if I’m not scheduled, and he’ll make time to see me if needed.Now I’m sitting in the parking lot after my second appointment, my first actual adjustment and I’m honestly overwhelmed with emotion. I’m so grateful I found him. For the first time, I know without a doubt I’m on the road to a better quality of life. I’m not just going to get better physically, but mentally and emotionally too.If you’re frustrated with temporary fixes like TENS units, ice packs, and quick adjustments without real results (and unexplained extra charges after your copay), I highly recommend giving him a call! I have been having back pains for over 15 years and I’ve gone to 2 other places before coming to Ideal Health Solutions. I’ve had injections in my back and taken shots for many years. The shots stop working and I was scheduled for back surgery, when a friend strongly recommended that I see her chiropractor. I came to the chiropractor with my husband’s assistant, unable to walk. 4 months later and I’m walking without any assistance and my visits are down to once a week. My pain level is less than 1. I strongly recommend any skeptic about chiropractors (which I was) to give Ideal Health Solutions a try.

I’ve had multiple back surgeries since 2020 and nothing was working. Came here in march and with in two months I feel the best I’ve felt in over ten years.

Dr Burford and his team are wonderful. I came in 2 weeks ago with serious neck pain and I’m happy to say that the treatment is working. I’m feeling less pain every day.
