After one of the worst roofing experiences imaginable and lots of lost money I was given Rodger's information by a friend. From Rodger and Dusty's first visit to our home I had hope that things would be corrected.Unfortunately, we had to wait a few months while we allowed the other company to make repairs (per the right to repair act) but once that waiting period was over the Rooks team came out within days of me notifying them. Unfortunately, we had a metal roof and couldn't afford to go that route after paying partially for the botched job. We ended up with shingles and to be honest I think I like them more than the metal.I went from losing sleep every time there was a chance of rain (due to numerous leaks) and MASSIVE power bills due to the improperly installed roof to no worries at all. The crew they sent out was top notch; I am pretty sure Rodger demanded we get the best of the best after what we had been through. There was a foreman on site every day and to be honest the crew was so good I don't think one was even needed. Rodger and or Dusty came daily to check on things and my minimal punch list items were handled VERY quickly.In a world of dishonest roofers in a state that does nothing to protect consumers from them you can count on Rooks, or at least Rodger to do a great job and don't ask for a dime until the job is completed to your satisfaction.

These folks are top notch! They walk you through any issues you may have and return calls/messages ASAP.Their crew was able to finish my house, separate garage and pergola in the same day. They went over the property several times with a fine tooth comb. Fantastic job!
