I had trouble with my Honda Pilot that i had been working with the dealership on for several weeks. By the time I was able to take my car in they determined the issue to be with a part that was 2 weeks out of warranty extension. After going round and round with both the local service dept and Honda corporate and even showing all the text messages and pictures of the error message on my dash prior to the warranty expiration date, they still would not cover the repair and wanted to charge me many hundreds of dollars to fix the issue.A friend recommend Malek at ESS and while it was a drive from where I am, I was so frustrated with the dealership service dept, I scheduled the time to meet with Malek. After doing a full diagnostic they found the issue which was based on an old lingering code that had not been cleared from the electronics.Taking my car to Malek (ESS) I learned that dealerships only want to sell parts to make money instead of actually fixing the issue for a much lower cost! My car works great now with no errors popping up and all the car's original functionality performing the way it should.I plan to bring my car back to Malek for all future maintenance and repairs! He is the best and so much less expensive than the high priced dealerships!

I only use ESS for my Lexus GX. I have received great service in a timely manner. If you want a place you can trust to do good work and what is needed ESS is that place.All the services I listed have been done to mine, my wife’s, daughters and sons vehicles over many years.

We would highly recommend this business. They are extremely kind, caring and professional. Helped us out in a timely manner when we broke down after checking our daughter out of the hospital. Came to us on the side of the road, got us to their shop and took care of us. We were back on the road in only a couple of hours. Very thankful for their help!
