I took my minivan here, and they really went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. The communication was excellent. They sent pictures, gave updates, and checked in on a weekly basis to let me know the progress. The way they dealt with the insurance company was very professional, and they made sure it was done right with quality parts. They even made sure the car was cleaned up when I got it back. I have had problems with my car and have taken it to a couple of places and never got it fixed. Came to ESS and was even able to talk with the owner. I was so upset about the car even crying because never fixed and cost me a lot of money. Well it got fixed with something like the transmission and thanks to the guy that owns the shop.

I have used ESS for the past 8 years. They do all the work on my Lexus GX460. Over the past year I have had them do my Brakes, Transmission Fluid change, oil changes and anything else needed. Work is always done right and timely. I highly recommend ESS for basic or comprehensive service, they do it all and are trust worthy.
