Its easy with them. I called and explained my situation. Got a fixed quote in seconds. Im covered by no move no fee, and had my solicitors details set up in a few minutes. 15 minutes later, I recieved access to my own conveyancing app which had my welcome documents ready. I've bought and sold a few houses now but have never experienced anything as efficient as this.
