Today, he introduced Larry, who is taking over our yard as Hunter transitions to full pest control. Both were on-site today, and Larry did an absolute phenomenal, thorough job.Larry is highly professional, incredibly knowledgeable about Florida growing conditions, and very courteous. He took the time to explain the ideal homeowner watering schedule to prevent fungus and maintain that "wow factor" our neighbors love. I came home to floors covered in bugs. My google photo said termites. I saw this company on Facebook and called. 2 hours later, Kevin Citarella showed up. He did the inspection and told me it was subterranean termites. He gave me the solution and a fair price. I signed a contract. They came out today and treated my entire subfloors and will check on it in 2 weeks. Excellent service from the beginning to the end. One and done.

Update: unfortunately the supervisor doing the work at the property is doing the bare minimum. Its been 2 months and still rodents and hole not filled $1800 later and still issues. He was supposed to go to property today and fill yet another entry way that I located but never showed and never responded to my messages. I empty and refill traps myself and even after sending proof of activity he charts no activity. Unacceptable. Find another company to remove rodentsJacky who did the estimate for mice on a property left for me to deal with was so nice and helpful. The property wasn't in the best condition and frankly I was completely embarrassed even though it isn't my property but Jacky was very cool and definitely took away my anxiety about the situation left for me to deal with. She didn't judge and was completely understanding of the situation. After agreeing to the work contract I had questions after 1st visit that the office couldn't answer so I reached out to Jacky and she helped. Thank you Jacky!!!!

We had some flying bugs inside the house they Kevin responded out and indicated we had termites. Service was set and the tech Michael Hubbard showed up and went through the house indicating numerous locations that we had an issue and went from the foundation to the attic and explained everything he saw and the treatment he was conducting. Michael was here for many hours and did an outstanding job I highly recommend him and his company.

Jacky Besio is THE BEST!!! She really has a passion for getting rid of bugs and rodents in the safest but most effective manner possible. I have used her services for over 10 years. If there is a problem she will take the time to figure it out and not just spray and hope. She finds the root cause and treats it from there.

Just had a great conversation with my service provider, Bill, about the lawn care service he provides. I am extremely satisfied with the condition of my lawn, the care he provides and the knowledge he brings to me about my lawn’s specific needs. I highly recommend this company. Bill is a very conscientious service provider and really watches for areas of concern to get ahead of any potential issues. We were having an irrigation problem and we were unaware that it was causing a problem. Bill brought it to our attention immediately. We had a problem suddenly crop up, I called the office and Bill addressed it immediately. I was away for an extended period of time so my neighbor watched the lawn for me and even they were very impressed by how quickly it was resolved.
