Jamie and the team did an an amazing job with storm cleanup. We had several trees come down after the July 3 storm and he efficently cleaned up the mess, took down 3 trees and left us the wood chips. Jaime came to my house gave me an estimate on taking 11 trees down, he was very busy with other work but always kept me in the loop on when he would be able to make it, Jaime and his crew came and were super professional trees came down and cleaned everything up like they were never there, while he was working he sent me a picture of another tree that was close to the house and had a huge split in it, and told me it would be easier for him to take it down now rather than remobilize his crew to come back, but my decision and was not a pushy salesman about it, i was not going to be able to be around that day for personal reasons i expressed that to Jaime which he completely understood and told me to catch up with him when I could for payment, that really ment a lot to me not adding more stress to my day, professional and courteous I will only be using Top Notch tree service moving forward
