First time tub owner and very happy I went with Hanson HotSpring Spas. Staff were friendly and helpful when we came - asking great questions that helped us decide on the right model. Some delay in getting the spa in (estimated 2-3 weeks turned into 7 weeks) - but delivery crew was top-notch. And our VIP service guy, Brayden, was awesome. Friendly, knowledgable, and patient - helping me and my girls learn the process of set-up and maintenance and really taking time to answer questions. I can't believe we bought a hot tub - and a 7-8 seater at that - but I'm very glad we went with Hanson. They've stayed in touch during the entire process and know I can still call with any questions!
