I contacted TEO Roofing and Construction to today to see if they could look at a leak that was coming from my ceiling. They came out this afternoon and identified a significant vulnerability with the siding system (the affected side of the wall was missing underlayment). This lack of a secondary water barrier was the primary cause of the leak. They were here for about two hours and repaired the problem.I couldn't ask for better customer service and the quality of work was fantastic.I highly recommend TEO Roofing and Construction.

This latest project (replacing the siding) will mark the third time that I contracted TEO Construction to come out to do some work.On a prior property I owned, I had TEO replace all the windows in an olde farmhouse. The attentioon to detail concerning the insulation and creating a tight seal was remarkable.So just recently I worked with John Rickert, who helped me navigate the process for the installation of new siding. We had our roof replaced due to wind and hail damage that could not be repaired due to the roof’s age. We always interview a few places before a big job and Teo was the best. Not only was the price great but also they educated us on all the options and what we needed to know to feel we made a sound decision. I mean, most homeowners don’t encounter this decision more than a few times in a lifetime, how would we know what has changed in the industry in that time? And then everything was right, even though they found out that our roof had been added without removing a whole roof underneath, they did the extra demo and worked directly with Allstate to ensure we didn’t have to pay extra for the unexpected. Only our deductible. All in all a great experience, and we have been recommending them to our friends for some time, so we recommend them to you!

We had roof damage due to a hail storm that needed repair. From start to finish Elias and his team were wonderful to work with. They did excellent work and we are very pleased with the outcome.
