On June 1st I contacted Sheldon regarding a hydraulic issue with my Genie TZ34/20 spider lift. He responded right away after receiving pictures sent as well as description of work needing done.Next day came first thing to my Langley headquarters. Found the issues quickly and immediately began working on the lift...was on phone ordering parts and oils quickly and went to retrieve them promptly.Communication throughout the process was constant over phone and text. He was very knowledgable about his work and explained everything he was doing including the mechanical theory how parts of the equipment worked that he was fixing. His work was completed the following day.Sheldon even went out of his way today (june 16) into Langley for quality control and topping of any hydraulic oils needed to ensure I was fully satisfied at no extra charge.Very prompt, responsive, polite, clean and thoughtful in his work, quality and can-do positive attitude. His mobile unit is very professional and comes with everything needed for on site work. Highly recommend his service!
