This is our first time hiring cleaning services, and Reeves & Co. Cleaning set the bar way too high! Roy (who I'm assuming is the owner of the business) made it so easy to schedule—and even gave us a discount. Reminders, confirmations, and checking in made it SO easy to remember about our scheduled cleaning, so it wouldn't just fall through the cracks. Highly appreciate this!When it comes to the cleaning itself, they were phenomenal. Since we live on the second floor, it's been difficult to clean the outside of our sliding windows; they managed to do it! I don't know how they managed to temporarily remove them. But I'm just glad they were able to do it. The molds in our bathroom were scrubbed off clean. And they left the floor squeaky clean. Initially, I was worried that they would do a mediocre job since I'm not sure that they would stay for more than an hour. But they stayed from 1:30-4 pm; I'm so glad to be wrong about my initial impressions!I'm very particular about cleanliness, and I cannot recommend this company enough! Roy, if you're reading this, I'm very grateful for the great job!

Really happy with Reeves & Co. Cleaning. They were easy to communicate with, showed up on time, and did a super solid job. The pricing and add-on options were easy to understand, and it felt like I could make a confident decision without needing to go back and forth a bunch.Second (and this matters most to me), he answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. I really appreciate the clear, helpful communication that made the whole thing feel trustworthy and organized. If you’re someone who likes to know what to expect before a cleaner comes to your home the timing, what’s included in a standard clean, how to prepare, etc. I think you’ll appreciate that level of responsiveness.Overall: great first impression, easy online scheduling, transparent information, and strong communication. Just hired this brand new cleaning company at the recommendation of a friend, and I was blown away by their top tier service. They left my house in perfect condition!
