I signed up at CrossFit T1 about 2 months ago and I couldn’t have asked to have found a better gym to join. I was hesitant initially to join a CrossFit gym but Kevin and Jen have built an amazing gym community; something I didn’t realize could have such a positive impact on my life.I’ve tried basically every class time & coach T1 has to offer and each time I leave thinking the same thing: great coaching, great people, and a heck of a workout. Every class is structured & intentional yet flexible enough to meet people wherever they are in their fitness journey.In just a small amount of time I already feel so much better, both physically and mentally. I’m excited to keep attending and being a part of an amazing gym community!

My son did a youth CrossFit Program they offered through the upper Moreland soccer club. Coach Kevin was amazing with the kids. My son is always excited to go and never wants to leave. I hope they offer more youth programs in the future.

I recently transitioned to CrossFit T1 and just wrapped up my first full month—and I couldn’t be happier with the decision.The coaching has been next level. Every class is intentional, well-structured, and truly focused on helping athletes improve. For the first time in a long time, I leave workouts feeling challenged, accomplished, and like I’m progressing.If you’re looking for a true CrossFit experience and find yourself in the Willow Grove area, T1 is an easy recommendation. Kevin and Jennifer have built something really special: an outstanding community that’s welcoming, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping people become better athletes and better people.I’m excited to be at the beginning of this new chapter in my CrossFit journey and can’t wait to see where it takes me.

Was recommended to Cross Fit from a friend of mine. I found the CROSS FIT T1 in willow grove near my home and decided to give it a try. The best decision I’ve ever made for myself. Was a little nervous, haven’t been to the gym since 2010. At T1 I felt very welcome since the first day, amazing team of coaches that help and guide you through the process. Even the members are very helpful and friendly, after being a member for couple of weeks feels like i been there for years. Best thing, I already can see a differences on my body and can’t wait for the next day class. Wish I started earlier but it’s never too late. Highly recommendedCROSS FIT T1 best full body workout
