A recent windy day dropped a limb from my tree onto the roof of my den. After getting the limb removed, I contacted Craig Poindexter with Green Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling to inspect the roof and shingles. They did such a wonderful job re-roofing my house seven years ago that I knew this family-owned business would be the company I could trust to assess any damage.Craig and his son, Hudson, were able to stop by that day and determined that the limb had not done any extensive damage. However, some minor repairs like re-nailing a few loose shingles and re-sealing some flashing, pipe boots, and vents would extend the life of my roof and reinforce it against future high winds and heavy rains. A price was agreed upon, and they were able to work it into their schedule within the week.Meeting and conducting business with Hudson proved to me that Craig is passing on his knowledge and dedicated to keeping Green Phoenix family-owned and operated. To say we're happy with our roof from Green Phoenix would be an understatement. From the initial call, when Shawna made the appointment, to Craig coming out for the initial estimate, through the installation and follow-up, the process was easy, completely explained, and as painless as possible. We were comfortable with Craig from our initial meeting, and he explained our options completely and clearly. Dealing with Shawna on the business end was equally comfortable. We actually dealt with the folks from the commercials, not an office somewhere! Plus, we hired them to do another job on our house before the roofing job was wrapped up. How's that for confidence?! After the jobs were done, all debris was removed and it was like they'd never been there, except the house looked mich better!

From start to finish our experience could not have been better. We were kept apprised of construction procedures and time frame to completion void of weather events. When we had changes they happily met our wishes. The finished product could not have been better. We would highly recommend Green-Phoenix for any reno project.

Craig and his son came out and talked to me about what I was looking at for a new roof. They did not try to put on a huge sales presentation, just came with facts and experience. It made me feel very comfortable and not taken advantage of. They came back with their team and did an amazing job! They stripped the old roof and put on the new roof in a matter of hours. The clean up was unbelievable. They covered everything and I found no debris afterwards. Everyone was polite and courteous. A week later Craig and his son came back and put guttering up for me. They did such a great job! I am quite pleased with everything they did and will recommend them to anyone that needs a new roof, roof repairs or new guttering. Craig and Green Phoenix went above and beyond to make sure everything for our project was completed as planned. He built our new covered patio, pergola, and fire pit like he was building for his own family. He was always on site checking to make sure all the work was done as planned and to exacting standards. He was quick to respond to requests for information and to provide project status updates. He takes the time to explain the process in terms you can understand. He is very hands-on throughout the project and the crew working for him care as much about the quality as he does. The new cover patio was tied to our existing roofline. This was not an easy task, but they made sure this was done in a way that perfectly matched the existing roof and looked like it had been done as part of the original construction. We could not be happier with our new outdoor living space and know it is something we will enjoy for years to come. We will definitely use Green Phoenix again for our next remodeling project!
