I called Jay because i wanted to use a local plumber. I had a leaking radiator which i wanted to replace. Jay came promtly, isolated the radiator, and did as he said,, followed up with a quote. He wasnt pushy and didnt try to force me in to having more work done than was needed. Today he came round, fitted the new radiator, tested it, and left after tidying up. Can't fault his work, or his reliability, so much so that I have arrnaged to have a quote for replacing all my radiators and will be using him for any future work needed.
