Ultimately we went with him for everything. He provided clear instructions on what dimensions and criteria needed to be so that we could purchase our own items. Eric was professional, efficient, and kind - everything you could want in a contractor! I called him inquiring about drilling a hole in our countertop so my husband could install a reverse osmosis system. Eric responded quickly and was at my home two days later, ready to drill. While at my home, he not only completed the drill work, but also gave us tips on what to watch out for while we installed our RO system. I have called Eric many times for both big projects (bathroom renovation, painting …) as well as smaller tasks like replacing the batteries in my motorized blinds, putting my shower door back on track, replacing the screws in a pantry door…. They did a incredible job restoring my grandmother’s buffet. I highly recommend!

Eric and his team have been a delight to work with.They gut rehabbed a small bathroom, added a tile backsplash and shelving in our kitchen and painted the entire main floor of our condo.Everything was done in a very timely manner, they showed up on the days they said would and arrived at the times they said they would. They were clean, tidy and respectful of our time.Pricing was fair.We were so happy with the job they did last month that we have now scheduled them to come back next month to rehab our guest suite.Highly recommended.
